Refund policy

At Auscision, we strive to provide high-precision laboratory and industrial equipment. Due to the strict cleanliness and sterile packaging requirements of precision liquid handling products, please review our return guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of package delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Products must remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed blister packaging.
• All original boxes, manuals, and protective packaging must be intact.
• Items that have been opened, unsealed, or contaminated are not eligible for return due to laboratory safety standards.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@auscision.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged product, Auscision will cover all return shipping fees or issue a direct replacement.
• Standard Customer Returns: For non-quality issues (e.g., incorrect item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
